
PROPERTY SERVICES - Security
1 Bank of America Center is secured 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Iris Recognition Technology is required to gain entry to the facility. Please contact your ACR (Access Control Representative) to ensure building access.
Security personnel are available to respond to emergencies at any time day or night. Security personnel are clearly identifiable in full Wackenhut uniforms. Security personnel make frequent patrols of the entire premises (the interior and exterior of the building and the parking areas) all hours of the day and night.
The security console is located on the 1st level of the building and is staffed 24 hours a day.

Lost and found items are retained at the security console to ensure safe storage and easy accessibility to persons seeking to reclaim lost property. All property is kept for sixty days unless claimed.
Emergencies:
In case of any type of emergency, dial 9-911 first and inform the dispatcher the nature of the emergency and all pertinent information required for an adequate response (i.e. who, what, where, etc.). Please remember to relay the name of the building, your floor information and building address. The name and physical address of the building is:

After speaking with 911, immediately notify building security console at 980-683-8993 so they can respond to the incident and ensure that they can effectively assist police, fire, or medic when they arrive at the facility in a timely manner.
Remember... seconds may count in saving a life!
Attached is an Occupant Emergency Guide that details routes and how to respond to various emergencies. A training class will be given to the Tenant Representatives (TRC) and the Emergency Representatives (Floor Wardens) to discuss emergency training procedures which they will be passed along to all associates. Training is held once a year and there will be a mandatory fire drill conducted.
