Engineering Department Hours of Operation:
Maintenance Engineers are present in the building Monday – Friday
from 5:00AM to 11:00PM and Saturday – Sunday 6:00AM to 2:00PM.
Response Time:
All Engineering requests are given a priority code and responded to within that
time period. This can range from an immediate response for flooding,
safety issues or power outages to a 24 hour response for less
urgent matters, such as getting quotes from subcontractors.

Contractor and Vendor Identification:
All contractors/vendors in the building are required to send in
an access form at least 24 hours in advance of any work to be performed.
Once the contractor/vendor arrives, they must present a valid photo
ID, register with the Dockmaster at the loading dock and will be
assigned a temporary ID badge. The access
form can be emailed to 1bacaccess@lincolnharris.com for
approval.
Parking Information:
Parking is offered on a “first-come; first-serve” basis at the
Center City Green Parking Deck and the Bank of America Center Parking
Deck (formerly known as Bank of America Corporate Center Parking
Deck). Car wash and car detailing are available Monday – Friday
from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Pricing and information may be found by
